F=dp/dt

T=dl/dt

V=dr/dt

L=r*p

applying diffrentiation on both sides..

dl/dt=dr/dt*p+r*dp/dt

=v*(mv)+r*F

the cross product of any two vectors is zero(v*mv)

dl/dt=r*F

dl/dt=T

this is the relation between torque and angular momentum..
