Hello !

Given that , p = 1 and q = 2 and r = -3 ,

So , simply put the value of p,q and r in the following equation.

1) p + q + r + 2pq + 2qr + 2pr + 5

→ 1 + 2 +(-3) + 2(1×2) + 2[2×(-3)] + 2[1×(-3)] + 5

→ 3 -3 + (2×2) + [2×(-6)] + [2×(-3)] + 5

→ 0 + 4 - 8 - 6 + 5

→ -4 -6 +5

→ -10 +5

→ -5

Therefore ,

p + q + r + 2pq + 2qr + 2pr + 5 = (-5)

2) 2p + 3q +r-3pqr + 2 pq + 3pr

→ (2×1)+(3×2)+(-3) -[3×1×2×(-3)]+2(1×2)+3(1×-3)

→ 2 + 6 -3 + 18 + 4 -9

→ 8 - 3 + 22 -9

→ 5 + 22 - 9

→ 27 - 9

→ 18

Therefore,

2p + 3q +r-3pqr + 2 pq + 3pr = 18
