kvnmurty: mark my answer brainliest
tanishqsingh: sorry bro...the answer is 2
kvnmurty: given number is wrong. it should have last digit as 5 or 0, as it is divisible by 5
kvnmurty: 2 power 48 - 1 has 15 digits in it and it is bigger than given number. Given number has only 13 digits. So A is probably 3 digits are more.

M = given number = 2 7 5 5 4 8 A 1 0 8 5 4 3
Divisor =  D = 2^ 48 - 1.
D = (2^24 - 1) (2^24 + 1)  = (2^12 - 1) (2^12 + 1) (2^24 + 1)
   = (2^6  - 1) (2^6 + 1) (2^12 + 1) (2^24 + 1)
   = (2^3 - 1) (2^3 + 1) (2^6 + 1) (2^12 + 1) (2^24 + 1)
   = 7 * 9 * 13 * 5 * 4097 * (2^24 + 1)
The given number M is divisble by 9 and 5.
There is something wrong with the given number. It does not have last digit as 5 or 0.
AS it is divisible by 9,  sum all the digits and its sum should be divisible by 9.
THen you get A.

tanishqsingh: wats the answer man?
kvnmurty: i did not calculate. yu can calculate by summing all digits and dividing by 9
tanishqsingh: look ..as you have got 2^3+1 as one of the no..the entire no has to be divisible by 9.
kvnmurty: sum the digits of the given number: 2 + 7 + 5 + 5 + 4 + 8 + A + 1 + ... so on and divide that by 9. Reminder should be 0. choose A to fit this.
