Given: Angular velocity ν = (t²-2t)

         radius of circular path = 2m

         time = 2sec

To find: tangential acceleration

Solution: Tangential acceleration is represented by = αr

angular acceleration α = dν/dt

                                   =d(t²-2t)/dt

                                   = 2t-2

At t = 2 sec, putting its value in equation , 2×2 - 2 = 2

Tangential acceleration a_{t = αr

                                              = 2 × 2 = 4ms⁻²

Therefore, tangential acceleration is 4 ms⁻².

The correct option of the following question is (2).
