since perimeter of rectangle is 2(l+b) and half of this is l+b

therefore according to question l + b= 36.

l = 36-b consider l as x and b as y for (x,y)

so x =36- y

by putting the value of y we can get accordingly x and we can get the coordinates and plot on the graph
