Yes , we are able to conclude that involuntary actions and reflex actions are similar because

we know that involuntary actions are the actions controlled by our brain as well as our spinal cord.

these actions include Heart beat, breathing rate, digestion , respiration , etc

while reflex actions are the actions that are the sudden , automatic movement by the affected part

for example whenever we touch a hot object suddenly we will withdraw our hands. this is known as reflex action . so we are able to understand ine fact that both are not controlled by our knowledge .
