Hello Mate!
2a - 1/2a = 3
Squaring both the sides we get,
( 2a - 1/2a )² = 3²
4a² + 1/4a² - 2 = 9
4a² + 1/4a² = 11
Squaring both the sides again
( 4a² + 1/4a² ) = 11²
16a⁴ + 1/16a⁴ + 2 = 121
16a⁴ + 1/16a⁴ = 119
=> Hence answer is 119.
Have great future ahead!

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER
2a - 1/2a=3
Squaring both sides
We get,
(2a-1/2a) ^2 = 3^2
➡️ 4a^2 +1/4a^2 - 2 = 9
➡️ 4a^2 + 1/4 a^2 = 11
Again Squaring both sides
(4a^2 + 1/4a^ = 11^2
➡️ 16a^4 + 1/16^4 = 121
➡️ 16a^2 + 1/16a^2 + 2 = 121
➡️ 16a^4 + 1/16a^4 = 121 - 2 = 119
Answer :- 119
