Answer:

|2a-2|=2a-2 if 2a>2 (1)

|2a-2|=-2a+2 if 2a<2 (2)

Therefore, the two solutions are:

For (1): 2a-2=3a-2, -a=0, a=0

For (2): -2a+2=3a-2, -5a=-4, a=4/5
