(2a + b)² - 6a - 3b - 4

(2a + b)² -3(2a + b) - 4

Let (2a + b) = x

x² - 3x - 4

x² - 4x + x - 4

x(x - 4) +1(x - 4)

(x - 4)(x + 1)

(2a + b - 4)(2a + b +1)

I hope this will help you

Heya ✋

Let see your answer !!!!!!
(2a + b) ^{2} - 6a - 3b - 4 \\ = (2a + b) ^{2} - 3(2a + b) - 4
putting \: (2a + b) = y
Hence ,
y ^{2} - 3y - 4 \\ = y ^{2} - 4y + y - 4 \\ = y(y - 4) + 1(y - 4) \\ = (y - 4)(y + 1) \\ = (2a + b - 4)(2a + b + 1)

Thanks :)))))
