Using middle term factorisation :

 = 2a {}^{2}  + 13a + 15 \\  = 2 {a}^{2}  + 10a +3 a + 15 \\  = 2a(a + 5) + 3(a + 5) \\  = (a + 5)(2a + 3)

DETAILED :

multiply 15 × 2a² = 30a²

split 30a² in such a way that when you multiple ,it should come 30a² and when you add it should come middle term i.e. 13 a.

so 30a² can be split into 10a & 3a
