Hi friends!!

Here is your answer :

 {(2 {m}^{2}  + 3 {n}^{2}) }^{2}

Identity :

( x + y)² = x² + y² + 2xy


  = {(2 {m}^{2}) }^{2}  +  {(3 {n}^{2} )}^{2}  + 2(2 {m}^{2} )(3 {n}^{2} )



 = 4 {m}^{4}  + 9 {n}^{4}  + 12 {m}^{2} {n}^{2}
