(a+b)= a^2+2ab+b^2
(2m^2+3n^2)^2= (2m^2)^2+2*2m^2*3n^2+(3n^2)^2
= 4m^4+12m^2n^2+9n^4.

it's first ,
a²+b²=(a+b)²-2.a.b
hence,2m²+3n²=(2m+3n)²-2.2m.3n
and
another one formulae

(x+y)²=x²+y²+2.x.y
