2x-3/34/10=4-3x/28

2x-3/34×10=4-3x/28

2x-3/340=4-3x/28

by cross multiply

28(2x-3)=(4-3x)340

56x-84=1360-1020x

964x=1276

x=1276/964

x=1.3237
