hey friend here is your answer
2x-3÷3x-2=2x+3÷3x+4
=-1/x-1=1/x+4
-2/x=5
=5x=-2
then x=-2/5

Bring all Algebra to one Side...

2x * 3x / 3x * 2x = 1 + 3 / 3 + 4

1x = 6
