Answer:

(2x+3)(3x-4)=6x^2+8x+a

6x^2-8x+9x-12=6x^2+8x+a

6x^2-6x^2-8x-8x+9x-12=a

a=-7x-12

THEREFORE value of a=-7x-12

2x + 3 + 3x - 4 =  6 {x }^{2}  + 8x + a

5x - 1 = 6 {x}^{2}  + 8x + a \\ 5x - 8x - 1 = 6 {x}^{2}  + a \\  - 3x - 1 = 6 {x}^{2}  + a \\  - 3x - 1 = 6 {x}^{2}   + a \\  (- 3x - 1 )\times 6 =  {x}^{2}   + a \\  - 18x - 6 =  {x}^{2}  + a \\
