2x -  \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{x + 3}{4} =  \frac{4x + 1}{7}

  \implies\frac{10x - 3}{5} +  \frac{x + 3}{4} =  \frac{4x + 1}{7}

 \implies \frac{(10x - 3)4 + 5(x + 3)}{20} =  \frac{4x + 1}{7}

  \implies\frac{40x - 12 + 5x + 15}{20} =  \frac{4x + 1}{7}

  \implies\frac{45x + 3}{20} =  \frac{4x + 1}{7}

  \implies\frac{45x + 3}{20} -  \frac{4x + 1}{7} = 0

  \implies\frac{(45x + 3)7 - 20(4x + 1)}{140} = 0

  \implies\frac{315x +21 - 80x - 20 }{140} = 0

 \implies \frac{235 x+ 1}{140} = 0

  \implies\small \: 235x  + 1 = 0

   \implies\small \: 235x =  - 1

 \implies x  =  \frac{ -1 }{235}  \implies \: x = 235

exponent \: law \: x =  - \frac{ - 1}{a} = a

Hope its help u.
