I think you have to find the value of x ?

2x - 3 = 7 - 2(2x - 13)

→ 2x - 3 = 7 - 4x + 26

→ 2x + 4x - 3 - 7 - 26 = 0

→ 6x - 36 = 0

→ 6x = 36

→ x = 36/6

Hence, x = 6 ____________ (Ans.)

Hope it helps.
