What is blood? Difference? how it is useful for us
Blood, fluid that transports oxygen and nutrients to the cells and carries away carbon dioxide and other waste products. Technically, blood is a transport liquid pumped by the heart (or an equivalent structure) to all parts of the body, after which it is returned to the heart to repeat the process. Blood is needed to keep us alive. It brings oxygen and nutrients to all the parts of the body so they can keep working. Blood carries carbon dioxide and other waste materials to the lungs, kidneys, and digestive system to be removed from the body. Blood also fights infections, and carries hormones around the body.

~ Blood is a fluid connective tissue , it consists of :
i.) Plasma
ii.) Red blood cells
iii.) White blood blood cells
iv.) Platelets
~ Blood is an integral part of our body. It carries oxygen and nutrients to other body parts and removes waste material like carbon dioxide. Due to blood our body is working, if there is no blood left in our body we will eventually die as it not only carries oxygen to survive but also helps us to fight against various infections.
