or, 2xy+3=4y

or, 2xy-4y= -3.......(1)

3x+2/y=5

or, 3xy +2=5y

or, 3xy-5y= -2........(2)

now, (1)×3-(2)×2,

-12y+10y=-9+4

or, -2y=-5

or, y=5/2

putting the value of y in 2x+3/y =4,

we get,

2x+6/5=4

or, 2x=14/5

or, x= 7/5
