By this equation , we cannot find any specific numeric values of x and r.
There must be any other pair of equation with this one....to find the answer..
else where ,
2x+3r+7=0 ⇒2x=-7-3r  ⇒ x= \frac{-7-3r}{2} .
or,  2x+3r+7=0 ⇒ 3r=-7-2x  ⇒ r= \frac{-7-2x}{3}
Ans:
x= \frac{-7-3r}{2}
r= \frac{-7-2x}{3} .

X = 1
r = -3,
so 2(1) +3(-3) +7 = 0.
