Here
2x-3x+7/(5x-3)+4 =3
Now,
2x-3x-7/5x-3+4=3
-x+7/5x+1=3
-x+7=3(5x+1)
-x+7=15x+3
-x-15x=3-7
-16x=-4
X= -4/-16
hence ,the value of X will be 1/4 .
hope it helps
