Hey friend..!! here's your answer
________________________

2x + 3y = 11____________(1)

2x - 4y = 24
x - 2y = 12 ___________(2)

Solving Equation 1 and 2 by Elimination Method

2x + 3y = 11 \\ 2 x - 4y = 24 \\ ---------\\ - y = - 13

So that the value of y is 13

Put the value of y in equation 2

x - 2(13) = 12
x = 12 + 26
x = 38
x = 38

______________
#Hope its help
