2x - 3y - 3 = 0 \\  \\ 2x - 3y = 3 -  -  - (1) \\  \\   \frac{2x}{3}  +  4y +  \frac{1}{2}  = 0  \\  \\  \frac{2x}{3}  + 4y =  \frac{ - 1}{2}  -  -  - (2)

Multiplying eq'n (1) by 1 / 3 and eq'n (2) by 1 we get

 \frac{2x}{3}  -  \frac{3y}{3}  =  \frac{3}{3}   \\  \\  \frac{2x}{3}  + 4y  =   \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\
--------------------------------------
- 5y = 1 / 2

=> y = 1 / 2 / - 5

=> y = - 1 / 10

From eq'n (1)

2x - 3y = 3

=> 2x - 3( - 1 / 10 ) = 3

=> 2x + 3 / 10 = 3

=> 20x + 3 = 30

=> 20x = 30 - 3

=> 20x = 27

=> x = 27 / 20

Hope it helps
