correct is 2x + 3y =2 and 2x + y = 6

The data given in the question is inadequate as equations of only two lines are given and we need four lines for a trapezium. How to plot the given lines is explained below. Try to understand the following and use it to solve once you get the question correct or retort back in case you get the correct data and still not able to solve it.

Consider equation 1:
2x + 3y = 2
Let us try to find (x, y) solutions for this.
For x = 4 we get y = –2.
For x = 1 we get y = 0.

Consider equation 2:
2x + y = 6
Let us try to find (x, y) solutions for this.
