Solution:-

 \dfrac{2x - 5}{3x - 1}  =  \dfrac{2x - 1}{3x + 2}

Solving the following linear equation by cross-multiplying the terms.

 =  > (2x - 5)(3x +2) = (3x - 1)(2x - 1)

 =  > 2x(3x + 2) - 5(3x + 2) = 3x(2x - 1) - 1(2x - 1)

 =  > 6 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 15x - 10 = 6 {x}^{2}  - 3x - 2x + 2

 =  > 6 {x}^{2}  - 11x - 10 = 6 {x}^{2}  - 5x + 2

 =  > 6 {x}^{2}  - 11x - 6 {x}^{2}  + 5x = 2 + 10

 =  > - 11x + 5x = 12

 =  > - 6x = 12

 =  > x = \dfrac{-12}{6}

 =  > x = - 2

Hence the value of x is -2.
