2x+7/5 - 3x -11 /2 = 2x+8/ -2

-2(2x+7) + 5(3x-11) = 5(2x+8)
-4x - 14 + 15x - 55 = 10x+ 40
11x - 69 = 10x + 40
11x - 10x = 40 + 69
X= 109....
