2x+8y=21 and 6x-4y=14 using elimination method

First multiply equation 1 by 2 the equation will be 12x - 8y = 28.After that subtract 2x+8y=21 and 12x-8y=28 you will get the value of x as 49/14 and y as 7/4. Hope you get it.
