ax+by +c = 0 , where a is not equal to zero , b is not equal to zero

2x = 9

2x + 0y - 9 =0

The standard form of any equation in 2 variables is ax+by+c = 0.

2x= 9 in standard form,

2x-0y-9 = 0.
