Step-by-step explanation:

2x-y-5=0 ---------(1)

x-y-3=0 ----------(2)

x-0-2=0

from equation 1 and 2

We get x-2=0

x=2

x is substitue in equation (2)

x-y-3=0

2-y-3=0

y=-3+2

y=-1

therefore we get

x=2,y=-1

2x - y = 5 (1)

or

z - y = 3 (2)

now, from (2), we get,

x = y + 3 (3)

then, solving (1) from (3),

2x - y = 5

2(y + 3) - y = 5

2y + 6 -y = 5

2y - y = 5 - 6

y = -1

then, from (3), we get

x = y + 3

x = (-1) + 3

x = 2.

hence,

x = -1

y = 2
