2x+y=6.

y=6-2x......(1).

3x+2y=11......(2).

Substitute y=6-2x in equation (2).

3x+2y=11.

3x+2(6-2x)=11.

3x+12-4x=11. (Because +×-=-).

3x-4x=11-12.

-1x=-1.

x=-1/-1.

x=1.

Substitute x=1 in equation (1).

y=6-2x.

y=6-2(1).

y=6-2.

y=4.

x=1 & y=4.
