According to your question we have to simplify the equation given above

while solving we will notice that if there is a minus(-) sign in both nominator and denominator then we will remove minus(-) sign from both nominator and denominator

then we will take LCM and then it will be easy to solve

 \frac{ - 3}{ - 11}  +  \frac{5}{9}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{3}{11}  +  \frac{5}{9}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{27 + 55}{99}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{82}{99}
