as 3/2,3 are the coordinates of the inersection of diagonals of a parallelogram it means the diagonals are bisected at that point
let the other points be P(x1,y1) and Q(x2,y2)
By mid point formula
(3/2,3) = (x1 -1)/2, (y1+2)/2
x1= 4 and y1=4
Similarly
x2 = 0 and y2=0
let the other points be P(x1,y1) and Q(x2,y2)
