Answer:

3(2x + 5) +  \frac{7}{2}  = 4(x - 2) +  \frac{11}{2}

6x + 15 +  \frac{7}{2}  = 4x - 8 +  \frac{11}{2}

6x +  \frac{30 + 7}{2}  = 4x  +  \frac{ - 16 + 11}{2}

6x  +  \frac{37}{2}  = 4x  - \frac{5}{2}

6x - 4x =  \frac{ - 5}{2}  -  \frac{37}{2}

2x =  \frac{ - 42}{2}

x =  \frac{ - 42}{2 \times 2}

x =  \frac{ - 21}{2}  \:  \: or \:  \: x = - 10.5
