EVALUATION★

 = ( \frac{3}{2} x +  \frac{7}{5} ) {}^{2}  \\

we know that

 = >  (a + b) {}^{2}  =a {}^{2} + b {}^{2} + 2ab

let's

  •  =  > a =  \frac{3}{2}x \\  \\  =  > b =  \frac{7}{5}

solve

 = = >  ( \frac{3}{2}x +  \frac{7}{5} ) {}^{2}  \\  =  (\frac{3}{2} x) {}^{2}  + ( \frac{7}{5} ) {}^{2}  + 2 (\frac{3}{2}x)( \frac{7}{5} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{9}{4}x {}^{2}    +  \frac{49}{25}  +  \frac{21}{5} x \\  \\  =  \frac{9}{4} x {}^{2}  +  \frac{21}{5} x +  \frac{49}{25}
