in this problem we use

BODMAS rules

3 + 3 - ( 3 ÷ 3 ) × ( 3 + 3 )

first division

3 + 3 - 1 × 3 + 3

then multiplication

3 + 3 - 3 + 3

then sum

6 - 0 = 6

answer = 6

3 + 3 - 3 \div 3 \times 3 + 3 \\ 3 + 3 - 3 \div 9 + 3 \\ 3 + 3 -  \frac{1}{3}  + 3 \\  \frac{9 + 9 - 1 + 9}{3 }  \\  \frac{26}{3}  \\8 \times \frac{2}{3}
