3.42 g sucrose r dissolved in 18g water in beaker.find the no.of Oxygen atoms in the solution.

Sucrose :  C12 H22 O11 
Molar mass :  342  gm/mole
Number of moles in 3.42 gms of Sucrose:  3.42/342 = 0.01 moles
In one molecule we have 11 oxygen atoms. In 0.01 moles we have:
       11 * 0.01 * 6.022 * 10²³ atoms 

In 18 gms of water H2O : we have  6.022 *10²³ atoms of Oxygen.

Total number of Oxygen atoms :   1.11 * 6.022 * 10²³
