perimeter = sum of the lengths of three sides
= 2p/3 +2q+5/2 +2p+q/2+5p/3+q+1/2
=(2p/3+2p+5p/3)+(2q+q/2+q) +(5/2+1/2)
= (2p+6p+5p)/3 + (4q+q+2q)/2 +(5+1)/2
=13p/3 +7q/2 +3
= 2p/3 +2q+5/2 +2p+q/2+5p/3+q+1/2
