Solution:

We know that

when a number enters into square root it is to be squared

here if I am taking 3 into square root,it becomes 9 after entering into the root

So

 {(3 \sqrt{45}) }^{5} \\ \\ = > {( \sqrt{9 \times 45} )}^{5} \\ \\ = > ({ \sqrt{405} )}^{5} \\ \\ = > ({( {405)}^{ \frac{1}{2} } })^{5} \\ \\ = > {405}^{ \frac{5}{2} } \\ \\

So,fractional index is 5/2

Hope it helps you.
