N_{2}3H_{2} ⇒ 2NH_{3}

According to the reaction, 14g of Nitrogen is reacting with 3g Hydrogen to form 17g of Ammonia
That means 14g of Nitrogen is required to form 17g of Ammonia
So what will be the amount of Ammonia formed by 3.5g of Nitrogen?
It will be,  \frac{34}{28}  × 3.5 = 4.25g
