  \frac{3}{7}  + (  -  \frac{8}{21} ) + ( -  \frac{6}{11}  ) +  \frac{5}{22}  \\ ( \frac{3 \times 3 + ( - 8)}{21} ) +( \frac{ - 6 \times 2 + 5}{22} ) \\ ( \frac{9 + ( - 8)}{21} ) + ( \frac{ - 12 + 5}{22} ) \\  \frac{1}{21}  + ( \frac{ - 7}{22} ) \\  \frac{1 \times 22 + ( - 7) \times 21}{21 \times 22}  \\  \frac{22 - 147}{462}  =  -  \frac{125}{462}

Rough :

for addition, we group denominators since

7 × 3 = 21

we group 3/7. and (-8/21) together,

and

11 × 2 = 22

we group (-6/11 ) and 5/22 together,

Hope it helps you

thank you :)
