Area of segment is angle/360 x πr2 - (r2 x sin(angle/2)° x cos(angle/2)°)

=120/360 x 3.14 x 12 x 12 - (12 x 12 x sin60 x cos60)

=144(3.14/3 - √3 /4)

=144(3.14/3 - 1.73/4)

=144(12.56 - 5.19) /12

=12 x 7.37

=88.44
