Solution:

As we can see the total 7 parts are there when a bucket is full, it takes 60 seconds or 1 minutes to fill 3 parts of the bucket, now the question says how much time will it take to fill the rest which means the time taken to fill the 4 part out of 7 part of the bucket will take.

Each part takes $\frac{4}{3}$ minutes to fill the bucket which means 20seconds, now to fill 4 parts it will take

4 \times 20=80 or $\frac{80}{60}$which is equal to $\frac{4}{3}$minutes.

Hence to fill the rest of the bucket it will take $\frac{4}{3}$minutes.  

Option D is the correct option.
