 \frac{3(a + 5)}{4}  - 4a =  3\frac{a - 3}{2}  \\  \frac{3a + 15}{4}  - 4a =  \frac{ - 3a  + 9}{2}  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{3a + 15}{4}  - 4a \\ is \: equal \: to \:  \frac{ - 13a + 15}{4}  \:  \\ and \: by \: cross \: multiplication \\  - 26a + 30 =  - 12a + 36 \\  - 26a + 12a = 36 - 30 \\  =  \geqslant  - 14a = 6 \\  =  \geqslant a =  \frac{6}{ - 14} so \: it \: is \:  \frac{ - 6}{14}
