Ganga explained them by saying that they are people who show that they are true devotees of hinduism and god but they are the also the one who gamble in their house and eat all types of non-veg. She also said that they are very selfish and don't just look out only for themselves. They are the kind of people who travel street-to-street shouting that 'Hum Amir Hai, Hum Amir hai' (We are rich, we are rich).
