1. Uncontrolled diabetes- Retinopathy
2. Hypertension- High BP
3 . Old ages- Cataract, glaucoma

chinmay1312: long sightedness is hypermetropia, where a person can see far objects clearly and can't see objects which are near.. it usually occurs in old age... corrected by convex lens
