here we need to find the tension in T1

W.K.T

T1=F+mg ---- 1

here, F=100N, m=3kg, g=10m/s^2

substitute the above values in 1

T1=100+(3)(10)

T1=100+30

T1=130N

therefore T1=130N

Tension= f+m*g

            = 100+3*10

           = 100+30

          = 130 newton(N)
