Communication is the sending and receiving of spoken or written messages between people and places. Letters are the most common means of communication. Answer:

VERBAL COMMUNICATION

Verbal communication happens when we speak to someone. It can be face-to-face, over the internet, via Skype or Zoom, etc. Many verbal engagements are casual, such as chatting to a colleague over coffee or in the office kitchen, and some are more formal, such as a planned meeting. Irrespective of the sort, it's not just a matter of terms, it's also about the quality and meaning of those terms, how we connect those words together to create an overall statement, as well as the intonation (pitch, sound, cadence, etc.) used while speaking. And when they appear face-to-face, although words are significant, they can not be distinguished from non-verbal communication.

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

What we do while we speak often says more than the actual words. Non-verbal communication includes facial expressions, posture, eye contact, hand movements, and touch. For example, if you’re engaged in a conversation with your boss about your cost-saving idea, it is important to pay attention to both their words and their non-verbal communication. Your boss might be in agreement with your idea verbally, but their nonverbal cues: avoiding eye contact, sighing, scrunched up face, etc. indicate something different.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

If it is a document, a letter, a paper, a Facebook message, a Tweet, a contract, etc., these types of written correspondence have the same purpose of disseminating knowledge in a simple and succinct fashion – but this goal is sometimes not accomplished. In reality, poor writing skills often contribute to misunderstanding and humiliation, and also possible legal risks. One crucial thing to note about written correspondence, particularly in the modern era, is that the word lives on, even in perpetuity. Therefore, there are two things to remember: first, write well – sloppy sentences and clumsy mistakes make you sound bad; and second, make sure the substance of the post is what you wish to encourage or support.

LISTENING

The act of listening does not always find its way through a catalog of forms of contact. Active listening, though, is probably one of the most critical forms of conversation, and if we can not listen to a person sitting outside of us, we can not adequately communicate with them. Think about the talks – part of the mechanism is to decide what the government wishes and needs. Without listening, it is hard to determine this, which makes it difficult to obtain a win/win outcome.

VISUAL COMMUNICATION

We're a tactile culture. Think about it, TVs are operating 24/7, Twitter is visual of graphics, pictures, photos, etc., Instagram is an image-only website, so brands are using visuals to promote goods so concepts. Think from a personal viewpoint – the photos that we share on social media are intended to express significance – to transmit a message.
