i) As we know, in an isosceles triangle, two sides and the angles they make with the third side are equal. So,

y+120^0=180^0

y=180^0-120^0

y=60^0

Now, As we know the sum of internal angles of a triangle is 180. so,

x+60^0+60^0=180^0

x=180^0-60^0-60^0

x=60^0

Hence, x=60^0\:\:and\:\:y=60^0.
