Step-by-step explanation:

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times height

(i).area =2500m² , h=20m

2500=1/2*base*20

2500=b*10

b=250m.

(ii).area=160,000m², h=400m.

160,000=1/2*400*base

400*2=800=base.

hope helps u.

Answer:

(i) area of the triangle is 25ares

25ares =25*100=2500

so, using the formula

=1/2*base*height= area of triangle

=1/2*base*20=2500

=base*10=2500

=base=2500/10

base=250

(ii).area=160,000m², h=400m.

160,000=1/2*400*base

400*2=800=base.
