⇒  In quadrilateral ABCD, ∠A = 60∘ and ∠B:∠C:∠D=2:3:7        [Given]

⇒  Let ∠B,∠C,∠D are 2x∘ , 3x∘ and 7x∘.

⇒  ∠A+∠B+∠C+∠D=360∘    [Sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360∘]

⇒  60∘+2x∘+3x∘+7x∘ = 360∘

⇒  12x∘ = 360∘−60∘

⇒  x∘ = 12300∘

⇒  x∘ = 25∘

⇒  ∠D = 7x∘

Substitute value of x we get,

⇒  ∠D=7×25

∴  ∠D=175∘
